Equity is slowly increasing again. Nothing like the 20-25% felt in many areas of southern California in 2013. It seems as if 2014 and 2015 are in a normal range of increase, 4-5%. There are still not enough homes for buyers. It will be interesting to see where the interest rates are going to be at the end of the year.
